Mon to Thurs – 830am to 6pm / Fri – 830am to 530pm

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance/Accreditation Support

  • Coordinate and publish bi-annual (May) update for Tutor Handbook from faculty/units; ensure version control and traceability.
  • Support quality assurance coordination for the school to close gaps in accreditation.
  • Support scheduling and logistics for internal reviews and external tri-medical school Basic Medical Education Collaboration (BMEC) meeting; take internal notes and track action items.
  • Support action items and minutes preparation for Curriculum Implementation Task Force (monthly) and Undergraduate Steering Committee (quarterly).
  • Support the feedback team with data cleaning and preparation for Academic Year Closure, new Academic Year setup.
