Job Description

Tampines

9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday

Responsibilities
  • Process day to day (data entry into inhouse system) of transactions promptly with vigilance
  • Liaise with both internal and external customers on instructions as and when needed
  • Trade Operations transactions of FSCMOA
  • Provide administrative support and any Ad hoc duties (e.g. Filing data entry reconciling of reports) to the team and other duties as assigned
  • Other ad hoc projects and admin duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum O/A Level / Diploma in any field
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
