Location: Raffles Place
Duration: 6 months contract
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6
Salary: Up to $3000 + 0.5 month completion bonus
Job Responsibilities- Demonstrate technical proficiency in resolving recovery of claims and ensure that the recovery target is met
- Contact and engage with our policyholders on daily basis to gather information and assist them in claim submission to third party
- Use sound communication skills to successfully persuade and convince policyholders to proceed with the claim recovery process
- Demonstrate and ensure standard operating procedures are met when handling outbound and inbound calls with policyholders and financial representatives
- Ensuring proper tracking and documentation of calls activities and outcomes
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
