Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely assessment of health claims
- Perform claims statistics and reporting
- Responsible for daily health claims assessment day & operational duties
- Ensure timely settlement and follow up of claims
- Ensure complaints are managed effectively and timely
- Assist on providing or supporting training on claims and resolution of customer complaints
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Insurance sector
