- Control and ensure the implementation of corrective/preventive actions related to production processes and equipment.
- Ensure machines are properly maintained and set up before each production run to avoid any disruptions.
- Timely repair of defective boards to maintain production flow and prevent delays.
- Develop NPI (New Product Introduction) product SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) machine programming, NPI stencil, NPI template, and reflow oven profiles.
