Job Description
- Develop and implement test systems for PCBA and finished products (ICT, FCT, etc.).
- Set up, validate, and release test stations for production use.
- Analyze test coverage and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot test failures and support root cause analysis.
- Maintain and update test documentation (procedures, work instructions, etc.).
- Manage test program version control and release tracking.
- Drive improvements in test yield, cycle time, and tester stability.
