Job Descriptions
- Oversee the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, performance appraisal cycles, employee engagement activities, staff insurance and claims.
- Design and manage employee incentive structures to support performance and retention.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to meet operational needs across outlets and HQ.
- Drive training and development initiatives to build workforce capability.
