Requirements - Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the Construction Industry.
Job Responsibilities - Review the client/subcontractor's technical specifications and drawings
- Manage M&E works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, budgets and timelines
- Prepare reports on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures
- Resolve M&E coordination / technical issues on site
- Conduct feasibility studies and propose solutions to relevant stakeholders based on the studies
- Develop detailed designs taking into consideration project requirements, technical aspects, relevant codes and standards, as well as good practices
