- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for General Worker and Non-Executive
- Collect, verify, and reconcile attendance, leave, and overtime data.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB .
- Prepare and submit statutory filings and reports to relevant authorities on time.
- Handle data entry for new joiner, staff promotion, salary adjustment, resignation in related HR Systems for General Worker and Non-Executive category.
- Perform yearly employee information update program.
- Coordinate with Finance for cash withdrawal and secure handling of funds.
