Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, or customer requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Handle CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) and 8D reports
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare management review reports
- Control quality documents, procedures, and records
- Support customer audits and certification audits
- Work with production, QA, engineering, and suppliers on quality improvement
- Conduct employee training related to QMS procedures
- Drive continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
