Job Description
Clyde-Savannah Central Schools is pursuing a high-qualified candidate for the position of 7-12 Instructional Coach. The ideal candidate will support teachers in improving instructional practices across all Tiers. They will support teachers in enhancing student learning outcomes and foster a culture of continuous professional growth:
+ Partner with educators to plan, model, and refine instructional strategies aligned with NYS standards.
+ Provide feedback through classroom observations and coaching cycles.
+ Assist teachers in analyzing student performance data to inform instructional decisions
+ Support the development of intervention strategies for diverse learners.
+ Model effective use of educational technology in the classroom.
