Position Overview
The IT Service Desk and Support Technician role has a main focus of providing excellent customer service while resolving challenging business and technical issues to clients. The successful candidate will provide telephone, remote and on‑site support for a dynamic group of IT Partners clients. A background in a similar role is required, aligning with Tier 2 technical experience.
Position Responsibilities
- Work at high level in a consultative approach with a wide variety of leading edge clients
- Troubleshoot and support a range of hardware (laptops, desktops, tablets, smartphones)
- Microsoft Exchange Online support, troubleshooting and tenant administration in multiple client environments
- Troubleshoot and support standard desktop operating systems, and standard desktop applications (Microsoft Office, Antivirus, etc)
- Efficiently troubleshoot infrastructure issues (network connectivity, printing, intern...
