Job Description
POSITION: 8th Grade Volleyball Athletic Coach REPORTS TO: Athletic Director or Designee EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Seasonal, FLSA Exempt QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Ohio Certification/Licensure by the State of Ohio, Department of Education
- Previous experience as a coach or player in the specific sport(s) being coached.
- Strong knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of the sport(s) being coached.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and build positive relationships with student-athletes.
- Understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in athletics.
