Job Description
The Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) is responsible for delivering standardized, high‑quality finance operations across regions. Within FSSC, the Accounts Receivable (AR) function manages the end‑to‑end receivables cycle, including billing, cash application coordination, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and first‑level escalation point for AR billing‑related issues and operational concerns
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete billing and invoice distribution in line with contractual terms, local regulations, and global policies
- Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies, including pricing issues, master data errors, and system‑related failures
- Oversee and consolidate non‑standard or non‑migrated AR billing processes
