Description The Albany Auto Group is seeking full-time experienced SERVICE ADVISORS at BMW of South Albany. Our dealerships are centrally located in the Capital District and boast excellent work environments. Our service advisors receive an excellent compensation package – weekly pay plus commission along with many other benefits! Weekly salary plus commission can earn you $80,000 to 90,000 plus per year. Job Duties: • Initiating services by listening to the customer’s description of their vehicles issues/symptoms while clarifying descriptions • Conducting inspections and taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules; verifying service contract and warranty coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport and records • Calculating customer payments, including deductibles and obtaining necessary signatures and entering repair orders (RO’s) into service databases • Updating job knowledge by participating in...
