Job Description
Position Title: Registered Nurse (Staff Nurse)
Location: Bright Hill
Working Days: 4 Days Work Week
Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00AM – 7:00PM / 7:00PM – 7:00AM)
Salary: $3,000 and above (depending on experience)

- Perform biopsychosocial and environmental assessments of residents.
- Develop and implement person-centred nursing care plans based on residents' needs and preferences.
- Administer medications in accordance with organizational guidelines and protocols.
- Perform nursing interventions and monitor residents' health conditions.
- Escalate changes or abnormalities in residents' health conditions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Ensure a safe and conducive environment for residents.
