Senior Quantity Surveyor
5 Days || 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon – Fri)
Working location: AMK
$4,500 to $6,000
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience on large‑scale infrastructure or complex building projects.
- Proven experience in M&E.
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts commonly used in Singapore (PSSCOC, SIA).
- Familiarity with ERP/Project Management systems (e.g., ACC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
This role focuses on the technical quantification of claims and providing hands‑on support to project‑based QS staff.
Key Responsibilities- Tactical Claim Management
- Submission Preparation: Lead the preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and detailed cost variations with technical accuracy.
- Evidence Collection:
