Overview St. Joseph's Villa is currently recruiting ABA Counselors to join the Outpatient Behavior Treatment service and Villa Education Center or Dooley School. Under the direction and guidance of the Director of Community Based Services and Clinical Supervisor of In-Home Behavioral Treatment, the ABA Counselor (IHBT) delivers treatment services to program clients and their families within the policies and procedures of St. Joseph's Villa. The ABA Counselor (IHBT) is responsible for the coordination of an overall written program of services, implementation of treatment interventions in relationship to Individual Service Plans for clients, and providing direct professional services to clients and their families. The position focuses upon development of an individualized treatment and behavior plan and implementation of this service in a home-based treatment modality to ensure quality services to clients and their families.
