Location: Indio In Person Position Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and one Saturday a month 9am to 3pm Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor. The Supervisor will oversee and provide in-clinic guidance to a team of Behavior Technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adults with disabilities. This position will be responsible for supervising and coaching Behavior Technicians, working closely with families, and collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement effective behavior management plans. The Supervisor must possess either a bachelor's degree and be actively enrolled in a master's program or have already obtained a master's degree and be working towards certification as a BCABA or BCBA.
