Abinitio Support - Lead - CREQ Description

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Incident / request tracking, investigation and closure
  • Change requests creation, review and implementation
  • Environments health checks and validations
  • Application and DB alerts setup and monitoring
  • DB refresh and maintenance
  • Identify the automation for repetitive activities and proposal for performance improvements. Automate daily/weekly/monthly application maintenance
  • Monitoring service availability , batch jobs, report generations and ensure that the job executions are completed within SLA.
  • Perform Deployments, data loads & Data Copies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Ability and willingness to work in 24 / 7 support model, including night shifts.
