Operating across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, the firm is recognised for its institutional rigor, blue-chip portfolio, and multi-decade record of value creation. This opportunity is particularly attractive for candidates coming from leading Investment Banking platforms who are seeking to deploy their execution skillset in a true buy-side environment with global exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead core workstreams across the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, structuring and execution.
- Run detailed industry and company analyses, identify investment angles, and build conviction around thematic opportunities.
