Job Responsibilities
- Perform AC duct cleaning, coil cleaning and HVAC maintenance services
- Inspect, diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Operate duct cleaning machines, vacuum equipment and related tools
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for residential and commercial properties
- Follow company safety procedures and service standards
- Complete service reports and communicate findings to supervisors
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas after service completion
- Handle customer interactions professionally
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AC duct cleaning and HVAC maintenance
- Knowledge of split AC, package units, FCU, AHU, and ventilation systems
- Ability to use duct cleaning equipment and HVAC tools independently
- Experience in residential, commercial, and office projects preferred
