Engineering Manager
The Engineering Manager is responsible for developing and implementing company engineering policies and standards and providing specialist engineering knowledge. The incumbent will implement and ensure execution of a standardized asset lifecycle management approach and maintenance management system across the organization and will drive standardization of and coordinate spare parts management and maintenance planning.
Duties & Responsibilities Develop strategies to improve quality of engineering service, performance, and budgetary and operational efficiency for the unit. Drive for optimal asset care and improvement through establishing systems that could be deployed for maintenance applicable to plant and services (continuous improvement based).
