Job Description
- Lead the organization's fundraising strategy and resource mobilization efforts to achieve annual fundraising targets.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate donors, CSR teams, foundations, trusts, HNIs, and philanthropic institutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong fundraising pipeline through prospect identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
- Prepare compelling funding proposals, concept notes, grant applications, presentations, and donor communication materials.
- Drive donor engagement initiatives and ensure timely donor reporting, impact communication, and relationship management.
- Collaborate with programme teams to develop fundable projects and align donor interests with organizational priorities.
