Job Description

Job Profile: Webster University, a worldwide institution, ensures high-quality learning experiences that transform students for global citizenship and individual excellence. Reporting to the Head of the Success Center, the Academic Coach will work in the Success Center to support students in their academic work to strengthen retention and progression and promote academic excellence and professional acumen among students at the University.

The role is part-time for 15 hours per week.


Job location: East Legon, Accra


Key Responsibilities include:

  • As an Academic Coach, provide students with academic support over 2 days per week

  • Assist students, especially Francophone students, with academic skills in the English Language – written and verbal communication, visual presentations, assignments, and general counseling
