Key Responsibilities: • Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm leads • Counsel prospective learners and understand their career goals • Explain programme features, curriculum, certifications, and learning outcomes • Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive enrolments • Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking • Handle learner queries and objections professionally • Coordinate with internal teams for webinars, demos, and onboarding activities • Be available for learner interactions on weeken...
