Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing high-quality, individualized academic support services to nursing students at Geisinger College of Health Sciences. The Academic Support Services Team Lead will apply principles of cognitive learning science to help students develop effective learning strategies, oversee a peer tutoring program, and lead group sessions designed to enhance academic success from pre-matriculation through graduation. This position requires professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to student success.
