The candidate will join a skilled team of technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Access Control systems, CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television), and Burglar Alarm systems. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities System Installation: Work collaboratively with the technician team to install and configure Access Control, CCTV, and Burg systems at client sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Service Call Management: Respond to service requests from the client’s primary account in the Memphis area. The candidate must be able to independently manage the entire lifecycle of a service call. Problem Diagnosis: Assess and troubleshoot issues with security systems, identifying root causes quickly and accurately.
