Position Overview
The position will serve to operationalise OAI’s commitment to providing support to students with disabilities in accordance with LUMS and HEC’s policies, and liaison with stakeholders across campus to ensure smooth implementation of the accessibility policies, supporting students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a leadership role in developing, implementing, reviewing, and revising practices, services, policies, and strategic initiatives related to Academic Accommodations, Accessibility, and Disability Inclusion across LUMS.
- Provide institutional leadership in advancing an inclusive disability culture at LUMS by identifying systemic barriers, proposing evidence-based interventions, and contributing to the university’s broader accessibility and inclusion agenda.
