Red Chair Recruitment are seeking an organised and people-focused Accommodation Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a large residential complex in Tralee, Co. Kerry. As Accommodation Manager you’ll ensure a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents while keeping operations smooth and efficient.
Key Responsibilities of an Accommodation Manager:
Manage occupancy, check-ins/outs, and resident queriesOversee health, safety, and building complianceCoordinate maintenance, cleaning, and contractorsSupervise staff and ensure high service standardsSupport students, resolve issues, and foster community Skills & Experience:
