**We are seeking two full-time (1.0 FTE) Accommodations Specialists. One opening is a regular status position, while the second is a limited-term role (with benefits) expected to conclude in September 2027.**
As an Accommodations Specialist within People Operations, you will facilitate the end-to-end accommodation process for our diverse workforce. This role is responsible for executing the ADA interactive process, from initial intake and medical documentation review to determining eligibility and implementing reasonable solutions. You will maintain meticulous, confidential records across multiple HR systems and serve as a subject matter expert for both employees and leadership, ensuring our accommodation program remains compliant, efficient, and supportive of a culture of care.
