Account Assistant
The Account Assistant supports the finance team in financial reporting and closing activities, including the preparation of journal entries, schedules, and supporting documentation. The role assists in recording accruals, provisions, expenses, and forex transactions, as well as intercompany billing and reconciliations. The Account Assistant also supports audit and tax requirements by compiling necessary information and performs administrative and ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth Finance Department operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare financial closing for dormant entities.
- Support the finance team or accountant in entity-level financial reporting and closing matters.
- Prepare journal entries, schedules and supporting documents.
- Assist in recording accrual, provision, expenses and forex.
