Birthday Leave, Maternity & Paternity Leave, Sick Leave, Vacation Leave.
Responsible for collecting cash and check payments from clients and issuing corresponding Official and Acknowledgement Receipts accurately. Ensures timely delivery of Statements of Account (SOA) and handles the delivery and pick-up of documents to and from clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect cash and on-date check payments from clients and issue official receipts accordingly.
- Issue acknowledgment receipts for government payments and post-dated checks (PDCs).
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily collection reports.
- Ensure timely turnover of daily cash and check collections, along with the Daily Collection Report, to the cashier.
- Deliver Statements of Account (SOA) to clients on time.
- Handle delivery and pick-up of documents between the company and clients.
