Overview
Mag-negotiate at mag-collect ng payments sa Home Credit clients over the phone
Responsibilities
- Handle outgoing and incoming collection calls
- Inform clients about due months, due dates, contract details, client duties
- Collect overdue debts via phone – suggest solutions to not paying clients, make arrangements about payments
- Handle calls politely, professionally and assertively, provide accurate information
- Handle mail and other administrative activities according to needs of Early Collections Department
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (Tagalog & English, Written & Oral)
- Must have basic computer skills
- Should be able to multi-task, highly adaptable, and assertive
- Willing to work in Spark Place Cubao, Quezon City
- At least High School, Grade 10, or Vocational Diploma graduate
