About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Account Development Associate to support the growth of our Private Label Beauty division. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Account Director to help identify new business opportunities, develop client proposals, conduct market and trend research, and support strategic account initiatives.
You will play an important role in helping transform ideas, trends, and existing product capabilities into new business opportunities. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple product categories and gain exposure to business development, product innovation, sourcing research, and client presentations.
