Job Summary

The Account Development Representative is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers to support Syneos Health’s business development strategy. Serving as a critical link between Marketing‑generated leads and the Sales organization, this individual‑contributor role focuses on high‑volume outreach, thoughtful needs assessment, and seamless lead handoff.
