As an Account Director you’ll drive your account(s). Without you, your account would come to a grinding, spluttering halt.
You look ahead. You are the Sat Nav of the account, responsible for its day-to-day direction, checking that it and everyone that’s a part of it is heading where they should be.
You understand the commercial realities of the business the client is in and spot opportunities to develop the agency’s role. Through strong client relationships you’ll create an environment where the best work can flourish, ensuring clear and timely briefings from the client and the right resources from inside the agency. You’ll be an ambassador for the agency both internally and externally.
