Job Description
Reporting to our VP Client Management you will lead on important client partnerships maintaining high levels of satisfaction retention.
Your responsibilitieswill include:
- You will lead one or more client accounts anticipating our clients needs and identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- You will collaborate with others to create strong client relationships expressed through client feedback and client retention
- You will be seen by a client as the lead voice being a trusted advisor
- You will provide direction to the client team and set and manage measurements that positively affect our clients goals
- As a lead you will manage client commercial targets contributing to the commercial success of clients in your portfolio as evidenced by yearonyear growth
