Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Drive the end-to-end sales process—including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, and negotiation—to close deals across the LLM, Generative Media, and AI infrastructure portfolio.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with founders, CTOs, and enterprise decision-makers to accelerate new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
- Customer Success & Account Growth: Oversee customer onboarding and adoption while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across AI models, inference platforms, and GPU-based infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with solution engineering and product teams to ensure successful deployments and align customer needs with product iteration.
