Key Responsibilities
- Handle monthly salary processing, including preparation of payroll inputs and bank upload files for salary disbursement.

- Verify and approve employee claims and reimbursements as per company policies.
- Ensure timely calculation and payment of TDS and other statutory deductions.
- Prepare quarterly annexures and support statutory audits as required.
- File TDS returns (Form 24Q) accurately within prescribed timelines.
- Generate and distribute Form 16 to employees.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure compliance with all payroll-related laws and regulations.
