The Account Executive (AE) is a strategic leader within the Voluntary Benefits Consulting practice, responsible for owning client strategy, delivering consultative guidance, and driving outcomes that enhance benefit offerings and business growth.
This role leads client engagements across market segments, influences decision-making, and partners with internal teams to deliver integrated, data-driven solutions. The AE plays a critical role in advancing the practice by identifying opportunities for growth, shaping client strategy, and mentoring team members.
