Roles & Responsibilities
- Arrange settlement of vendors’ outstanding including reconciliation of vendor accounts.
- Arrange payments towards monthly allotments, sign-off allotments and special allotments to crew.
- Arrange cash advances to masters of the fleet vessels.
- Accounting receipts for ESC, Marshall Islands
- Correspondence with the VAT Consultants for VAT issues
- Providing documents to the banks or other statutory bodies for KYC compliance.
- Arrange settlement of loan repayments and interest payments
- Respond to messages from suppliers concerning payments.
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports.
