Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via phone, email, tickets, webinars, and other channels to accompany them during the onboarding process, solve their queries, and increase response rates in Southern Europe markets, ultimately convincing them to adopt our EV solution.

  • Identify and target high‑value customers with a customized outreach approach and engage them successfully using sales tactics.
  • Manage, monitor, and drive your portfolio to maximize conversion rates.
  • Proactively nurture and build your pipeline, re‑engage customers, and maximize inflow.
  • Autonomously manage all tasks efficiently, displaying commercial awareness to identify business opportunities early.
  • Identify risks to successful completion of the EcoVadis evaluation process and actively mitigate issues before they arise; become a CSR expert to overcome objections.
