This position is office‑based hybrid in Madrid – 3 days per week.

You will be responsible for driving new business in Spain and other emerging markets for Personio. Working with small and mid‑market companies, you'll leverage your Spanish and English fluency to build strong customer relationships and expand our presence in these high‑growth regions. This is a full‑cycle sales role where you'll own the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
