We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to manage customers' accounts, ensure smooth coordination with internal teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
- Experience of handling multiple customer accounts/portfolio
- Handle client inquiries and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with the design team for timely, high-quality output
- Work with the support team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain strong communication and build long-term client relationships
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention
- KPI-based commission applies based on performance and targets
- E-commerce platform experience is a plus.
