Job Description
Maintain accurate records of using Tally ERP software.
Maintain Individual accounts on daily basis
Manage timely payment of all dues. i.e. Insurance policy, Credit card, & other Statutory dues.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain Individual accounts on daily basis
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and submit tax returns and other statutory filings.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and
information.
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Assist in the closure of Reconciling items by Understanding other Function of Finance for its timely resolution.
Preparing debit note and credit note for reimbursement and maintaining travelling record of director.
