Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Aggressively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients by presenting and selling our RPO/outsourcing solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers across various industries.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, nurturing long‑term relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points, developing tailored, high‑value proposals for complex, multi‑year outsourcing contracts.
