Key Responsibilities
A. General Accounting
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and ensure timely month-end closing.
- Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliation, and maintain proper accounting records.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and company bank accounts.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
B. Construction Project Accounting
- Track project expenditures, progress claims, VO (Variation Orders), and retention sums.
