Job Description
The Account Executive will be based in Singapore and manage sales and relationships with existing and new Genetec customers (Certified System Integrators), technology partners, consultants, and end users in Malaysia by focusing on target verticals (data centers, financial institutions and government agencies). The main role is to increase revenues and ensure regular communication with the APAC team and the corporate office in Montreal, Canada. What your day will look like: Develop the assigned sales territory/target verticals for company products. Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners. Visit Customers/partners/consultants at their premises. Manage forecasts and achieve quotas. Identify customer needs, respond to RFIs, RFQs, prepare quotes and write proposals by working with technical support. Monitor and report satisfaction levels from customers, integrators, consultants.
