Job Description
The Accounts Executive reports to the Corporate Services Manager to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/ She covers duties that is specific to accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, other accounting tasks. He/ She may be called on to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects and systems testing within Ang Chin Moh Group when necessary. Responsibilities: . Handle full sets of account and management accounts . Compilation and submission of Good and Services Tax (GST) . Inter-billing between entities in the group . Verify client invoices and requisitions for goods & services . Keep track on client payment . Generate monthly sales report . Process vendor and supplier invoices for payment approval . Process and tabulate expenditure claims . Record sales invoice for charge to related inter company . Liaise with auditors and corporate tax agents . Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Cr...
